(Informance International: Northbrook, IL) -- Informance International, a division of Solarsoft Business Systems and a profider of manufacturing business intelligence solutions, is exploring an important area in manufacturing benchmark research to understand the effects of sanitation practices on overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and other performance metrics in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. This study builds on earlier manufacturing benchmark research conducted by Informance.

The purpose of this study is to provide food and beverage manufacturers with information on how they stack up against their peers, and how they can develop an action plan for operational improvement as it relates to sanitation practices. Study findings will include:
