(ACTLean: Lawrenceville, GA) -- ACTLean will offer a two-day workshop discussing lean innovation topics in Atlanta, on Nov. 4–5. The goal of the seminar is to teach practical approaches of lean management thinking for innovation and development departments, and the successful implementation of these techniques.

In a global environment, fewer and fewer companies are able to successfully differentiate themselves with incremental product advantages. Notable product innovations therefore increasingly build the foundation for international competitiveness.
