(Hexagon Metrology: North Kingstown, RI) -- Hexagon Metrology Inc. announces it will unveil the complete new line of ROMER Absolute Arms at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS), Sept. 13–18, in Chicago. In addition to the previously released six-axis Absolute Arm for tactile and tube inspection, two additional seven-axis models will be demonstrated in the “Shop Floor Zone” area of the Hexagon Metrology booth at McCormick Place’s east hall.

Two seven-axis Absolute Arm models, one with an integrated laser scanner and one with the capability to attach an external laser scanner, will be released in six sizes with measuring ranges from 2 meters to 4.5 meters.
Hexagon Metrology Inc. will present the complete product line at IMTS 2010 in booth E-5115 and also at an exclusive live broadcast direct from the booth on Thursday, Sept. 16, at 1 p.m. CDT.
