(University at Buffalo: Amherst, NY) -- Through the Center for Industrial Effectiveness, the University at Buffalo (UB) provides public training for lean Six Sigma. The fall course, Green Belt Blended Format—Wave 10, offers a unique way to become a lean Six Sigma Green Belt that can take place anywhere, at any time. The blended learning program combines online learning with traditional instructor-led training in the classroom to deliver a multitier learning architecture. Green Belt training focuses on the fundamentals of data collection and analysis while providing an in-depth understanding of the tools and methods of lean Six Sigma. This course is unique in that it is focused on application within service industries and government.
