The 132-page book showcases strategies, results, and experiences from past winners of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award that have used the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence to achieve breakthrough performance, innovation, and sustainability. It describes how the criteria have been used to foster organizational alignment and operational efficiency, achieve better financial results, satisfy and engage customers and workforce, and innovate and improve products and services.
