(ASQ: Milwaukee) -- An author and president of a management development and advisory company, and a principle consultant for a recognized thought leader have been selected as keynote speakers for ASQ’s 2012 Lean and Six Sigma Conference.

The conference will be held Feb. 27–28, 2012, at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, and features hands-on workshops and networking opportunities. The conference theme is “Positive Outcomes: Putting Lean and Six Sigma to Work.”

Richard J. Schonberger, Ph.D., president of Schonberger and Associates, and Karen Martin, principle consultant for Karen Martin and Associates LLC, join previously announced headline speakers Gregory North of Xerox and Ari Weinzweig of Zingerman’s community of businesses.
