The KiTorq system features an accuracy class of 0.05 percent and fully digital transmission, with a signal bandwidth of up to 10 kHz and integral speed measurement of 60 pulses per revolution, for maximum dynamic response and precision accuracy. The bearing and slip-ring free design of the Kistler KiTorq system consists of the Type 455x rotary torque measuring unit and the Type 454x stator torque evaluation unit. Units are highly robust and offer maintenance-free operation.
