In part one we looked at the elements for a design of experiment (DOE) to answer these questions. In part two I created a 1/8 fraction Resolution IV design for seven factors and collected response data for 16 runs. Now it's time to analyze the data in Minitab, using Stat > DOE > Factorial > Analyze Factorial Design.
