The Nomad system employs advanced optical technology and advanced 3D noncontact metrology in a lightweight, compact, and portable package, enabling metrology on samples that were previously impossible or impractical to measure.

Nomad leverages ZYGO's Coherence Scanning Interferometry (CSI) and SureScan technologies for vibration robustness to provide the performance of a workstation in a compact design built with portability in mind.
