Last month, President Trump submitted a “Skinny Budget” that aims to remove some federal “fat.” One of the programs eliminated from the budget is the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), the only federally funded national network dedicated to serving small and medium-sized U. S. manufacturers.
Holograms: The Future of Electronic Devices
Ok. No holodeck yet, but we might be able to view Princess Leia in mid air. Scientists from RMIT University in Australia and the Beijing Institute of Technology have developed the thinnest hologram ever, which they hope to use in future smartphones, wearable electronics, and tablets.
