This article is in Quality Digest so I have to ask - what type company or corporation is being studied to give you these percentages? Were these employees all able to work from home during Covid crisis ? or just want to? At any manufacturing places I've worked 'lower level' employees have to be at work to perform functions on machines or inspection equipment with actual product so aren't able to work from home (this is not just in reference to this article but the theme seems to be recurring
