The American Society for Quality recently announced the keynote speakers for its World Conference on Quality and Improvement. The conference will be held May 16–18 at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center in Seattle. The event’s keynote speakers are:

• Gary Locke, governor of Washington
• Elliott Massie, an internationally recognized futurist, analyst, researcher and humorist on the topics of technology, business, leaning and workplace productivity
