The American Society for Quality recently announced the keynote speakers for its World Conference on Quality and Improvement. The conference will be held May 16–18 at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center in Seattle. The event’s keynote speakers are:
- Izzy Gesell, an author and organizational alchemist. He will be the Master of Ceremonies.
- Marshall Goldsmith, author and preeminent executive coach
- Takashi Kiuchi, chairman and CEO of Mitsubishi Electric America
- Blan Godfrey, dean and professor of textile and apparel technology and management at North Carolina State University
- Sandra Postel, vice president of quality, Boeing Commercial Airplanes
- William Schiemann, CEO of Metrus Group
- Sam Kaner, Ph.D., an expert on consensus decision making
- Kenny Moore, corporate ombudsman and human resources director for KeySpan Corp.
- Gary Locke, governor of Washington
- Elliott Massie, an internationally recognized futurist, analyst, researcher and humorist on the topics of technology, business, leaning and workplace productivity
