A new book that explores the use of an integrated lean Six Sigma as a problem-solving methodology was recently released by Rath & Strong. Rath & Strong’s Integrated Lean Six Sigma Roadmap is the company’s latest product. It provides a powerful methodology for improving all types of business processes—service, transactional, office or manufacturing. The publication is designed to take the guesswork out of the “what to use when” dilemma that’s frequently an issue in process improvement efforts.
“Do you solve the serious quality problems with Six Sigma before trying to improve flow?” comments Dan Quinn, Rath & Strong president and CEO. “Integrated lean Six Sigma ends the debate. To improve processes, you need both lean and Six Sigma under a common methodological framework.”
The guide is already being used in the company’s programs around the world.
Rath & Strong is a consulting, coaching and training company. For more information, visit www.rathstrong.com.
