The Baldrige National Quality Program’s annual Improvement Day is approaching, and the organizers are seeking comments to improve its processes. Improvement Day will be held July 26, 2006, at the National Institute of Standards and Technology offices in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Comments on the Baldrige Award program are welcome at any time by NIST, and Improvement Day is a formal opportunity for interested people to discuss and refine the program. Any aspect of the program is open for suggestions, though many comments clustering around a common theme will be added to the agenda for formal discussion.
