Reliable Plant magazine will host its Lean Tools for Maintenance and Reliability Conference Sept. 18–20 in Las Vegas. Last year, nearly 150 manufacturing industry leaders gathered in Cleveland to share experiences and learn from major companies how lean tactics and strategies help achieve peak maintenance and reliability performance. This year’s conference will be held at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel.

The event will feature experts explaining lean successes and failures, as well as example implementations of kaizen, Six Sigma, poka-yoke and total productive maintenance. Representatives from companies such as Baxter Healthcare, The Boeing Co., Coors Brewing Co., Intel Corp. and Lockheed-Martin Corp. will present case studies from their companies. A number of pre-conference workshops will be available.
