SigmaPro Inc. will begin its fall training Sept. 25 with a Master Black Belt course.

It will be followed by service for Black Belt, lean Sigma Black Belt and lean Sigma Green Belt courses. All of the courses’ curricula are designed to provide in-depth knowledge in how to apply DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) and DFSS (design for Six Sigma) in industrial and service applications. Participants will learn how to deploy, coach and integrate the technical tools and methods that will benefit all areas of an enterprise.

Participants in the service Black Belt course will be invited to use a project from their own companies to apply the Six Sigma skills they will learn. The 16-day program is delivered in four, four-day blocks over a four-month period. Hands-on activities in the lean Sigma Black Belt and lean Sigma Green Belt classes will provide experience with DMAIC. They begin on Sept. 26 and will also be delivered in four-day blocks over a four-month period.
