As the American Society for Quality’s managing director, Michelle Mason will be a member of the group’s management committee, which leads in the implementation of its business plan and the achievement of its strategic objectives and vision.

Mason was formerly vice president of research programs for the American Society of Association Executives Foundation and has more than 16 years of experience in association management.

“I am honored to work with a team so passionately committed to quality as a way of life,” Mason says. “It is through ASQ’s innovative products and services that quality will become a widespread term to signify excellence.”

Mason has an MBA and a master’s degree in management with a nonprofit concentration from the University of Maryland. She is a Certified Association Executive.
