Applications are now available for the 15th Annual Connecticut Quality Improvement Award (CQIA) Innovation Prize. Eligible organizations include Connecticut manufacturers, service companies, educational and health care organizations, and state, local, and federal government agencies.
CQIA Innovation Prize criteria require a new product, service, or new process, new to Connecticut in the last five years that has quantitative results.
The CQIA Innovation Prize is the entry level award for the state's Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for Performance Excellence and Innovation. Deadline for the one-page application is April 14, 2009.
