Roberts has more than 11 years leadership experience with a background in training, sales and marketing support, and customer service.
Roberts is CyraCom’s certified lead auditor and led the project that developed and installed CyraCom’s quality management system and allowed CyraCom to become the first over-the-phone interpretation company be certified to the 2008 version of ISO 9001.
