David Thuillier – Quality Assurance Manager

David has over 15 years experience in defense industry quality assurance administering a wide range of electro/mechanical/optical programs for both foreign and domestic product lines. He also has ten years experience as a small business owner.

David started his career working in various small manufacturing companies as a machine operator, assembler, and inspector. In 1981, he accepted a position at Lockheed Sanders where he took the lead in developing a state of the art (at the time) on-line system for the quality engineering team to generate inspection instructions and procedures that could be used on-line by the inspector. In 1991, David completed his BS in Computer Science and for the next ten years was the owner/CEO during the successful start-up phases of two businesses.

In 2001, David accepted a position as senior Quality Engineer at Kollsman (Elbit Systems) where he was responsible for Quality planning on multiple defense system manufacturing and development programs. He also took the lead in the development and implementation of cross program company wide data collection and analysis systems.

David has a Bachelor Science in Computer Science from Franklin Pierce College and a Master Science in Manufacturing Project Management from New England College. David also holds certificates in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and is a NH certified Hazardous Waste Coordinator.

David joined Oasys Technology as Quality Manager in 2007.
