Debashis Sarkar is the Managing Partner of Proliferator Advisory & Consulting and works with C-Suite to make businesses Customer-Centric. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Quality and recognized globally for his work in Customer Centricity and Lean Management. He is credited to have introduced Lean Thinking to Service Organizations in Asia in the early 2000s. He is invited around the world for keynotes and leadership workshops. He is the author of eight books and recipient of the 2014 Phil Crosby Medal.
