<p> Enjoying projects that move performance excellence and process improvement forward, offering research-based tools for these purposes.</p>
<p> Believe that helping children and youth to learn and use life skills, beginning in early elementary school, is the long-range solution to our Nation's gridlock over the proper role of national government and the current, unsustainable, fiscal conditions. "Balance the budget or say 'Goodbye' to America's experiment with democracy!"</p>
<p> Always pleased to participate in "civil conversations" on any of these matters, and to help leaders, parents, and other learners that care to pursue performance excellence in their organizations and families.</p>
