Leah Chan Grinvald is the Richard J. Morgan Professor of Law and dean of the William S. Boyd School of Law. An internationally recognized intellectual property law scholar, her research focuses on the enforcement of intellectual property law and the potential negative effects of related laws on small businesses and entrepreneurs. Her work has appeared in some of the nation’s leading law journals, most recently on the intersection of the “right to repair” and intellectual property law. Grinvald earned her bachelor’s degree at George Washington University, and her Juris Doctor from New York University Law School.
