Marta Collier is the development officer at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Collier is a creative and experienced project manager, workforce communication specialist, coalition builder, and a nonprofit training consultant. Prior to joining Texas Tech University, Collier served as the manager of business development at the Arkansas Economic Development Commission-Manufacturing Solutions, and the education director at the Arkansas Science & Technology Authority.
