Matthew T. Hughes, Ph.D., studied engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology and is currently a postdoctoral associate at MIT. His research has been primarily focused on heat transfer and machine learning within the thermal sciences, as well as his current work researching phase-change heat-transfer phenomena.
