Meredith Persily is an adjunct professor at American University. She received her MBA from the Univeristy of Chicago Booth School of Business, and her bachelor’s degree from Brown University. Her expertise includes leadership challenges, employee engagement, and workplace trends. Her work has been featured on NPR, Politico, Roll Call, and Entrepreneur. Additionally, she is the founder and CEO of her own executive-coaching firm, Aspire@Work.
