Michael Popenas is the General Manager of Lean Six Sigma and is a Senior consultant at Omnex Inc., located in Ann Arbor, MI. Michael is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an early implementer of Process Improvement Methodologies and Integrated Lean Operating Systems. Michael has 35 years of experience in automotive operations and lean systems development. Additionally, Michael has developed and delivered auditing systems, engineering training, and consulting at all organizational levels, and across multiple industries. He is a student of Dr. Deming during Deming’s association with the auto industry.
