Rohit Mathur was educated in India and graduated from NIT Silchar in Mech. Engineering. He is a PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI (Project Management Institute). He has also completed Scrum Master Certification (PSM) from Scrum.org. He has worked for more than 20 years in the software industry in various roles and three years in hard disk drive manufacturing. The last few years he has been working on improving software quality, primarily in production support projects. He has used control charts/process behaviour charts to improve the process. The last few years he has extensively used control charts in improving the quality of software applications and in BIDW reports.
