I have been the Management Representative for my service group of 100-200 employees since January, 2003 where I transitioned the group from the ISO 9001:1994 standard to the 1SO 9001:2000 standard in a record-breaking 8-months. In addition to managing the QMS for my service group, I have been involved in both developing and maintaining several other quality management systems within my company, including an enterprise-wide QMS that is used globally throughout the company by groups that perform leveraged services. I also have 21 years experience working with General Motors, including an international assignment in Luton, England where I was the supervisor for a team performing digital output services.
