Using the same approach as Nicolai Andler’s successful Tools for Project Management, Workshops and Consulting (Publicis Publishing, 2008), Andler’s new book, Tools for Coaching, Leadership, and Change Management (Wiley, 2012) gives you a reference with cookbook-style access to the most important tools, including a rating of each tool in terms of applicability, ease of use, and effectiveness.

But what about an eBook?
Great review, and I was almnost about to buy the book when I noticed that there is no electronic version. I understand that Wiley intends this as a textbook, but I find it fascinating that such a valuable collection of tools is not made available in what is becoming standard: secure formats for Kindle and the iPad. Is it not better to deliver such a handy text about "working smarter" in the manner in which people are now working smarter?
