The international standard ISO/DIS 9001:2015—“Quality management systems—Requirements” defines requirements for the handling of organizational knowledge in the following four phases, which are analogous to the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) cycle:
1. Determine the knowledge necessary for the operation of processes and for achieving conformity of products and services
2. Maintain knowledge and make it available to the extent necessary

4. Acquire the necessary additional knowledge
Resources are available to explain how organizations can implement these requirements and what aspects they have to consider in this context.

How did you get the FDIS?
Hello Ulrich:
How do you know what the FDIS of ISO 9001:201X says? The US Technical Advisory Group to ISO/Technical Committee 176 won't even get the a copy of the FDIS until tomorrow 7/9/2015.
Thank you, Dirk
Any response?
How did Ulrich know what the FDIS said before it was published? How did Qualty Digest allow an article related to an unpublished document?
Thank you, Dirk
