Frequent Performance Feedback vs. "time in the office" is an interesting concept; however, does reflect the current working environment.
One would question the validity of Frequent Performance Feedback = Efficient Organization.
It seems that managers of these organizations have too much free time to provide these official frequent performance feedback.
