Michael Ray Fincher is the Value Improvement Engineer at Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation of America.  Throughout the past 25 years he has been involved in developing operating systems designed to meet specific needs of organizations and to manage and operate their businesses more efficiently. Fincher’s passion is to help others solve problems by educating them on the basic tools and principles that will allow them to drive successful business systems. Fincher is the author of Problem Solving the Solution to the Puzzle (CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform, 2010), and Achieving Operational Excellence by Building Sustainable Foundations (Slideshare, 2016).
