Love the metaphor
Great questions Mark, and I think number 6 (virally sharing improvement ideas) is pretty much at the top of my list. And the metaphor--with video(!), made it entertaining to boot. I think I might prefer a tight "top 10" or "Ten Commandments" as it just felt like there was a bit of overlap amongst the questions. I'm looking forward to your next video metaphor (humble request--60's Star Trek?). Jeff
